Why Trilon Group
It has been an incredible journey here at CPH, and I am thankful to have been surrounded by such a great group of people who have supported me and inspired me every step of the way. The work is super rewarding! I feel privileged to be part of a team that is making a difference in our communities, and literally helping to build the world around us. Everyday feels like I am working with my team to achieve a united goal and defeat the competition.
Who am I?
I studied at Valdosta State University where I received my Bachelor of Arts w/ extensive coursework in Graphic Design and Psychology. As an artist and graphic designer, my personal work focused heavily on faith and religious based imagery. Working in the graphic arts, I found a medium that gave me the opportunity to unite my personal missions and the works I created - It was a vehicle that gave me the advantage to share a message with any audience I was attempting to reach. It also allowed me to practically implement my creativity, eye for design, and technical skills with both art and technology. My personal works are heavily type based with bold and minimalistic designs. As a student I was afforded the opportunity to work alongside multiple local ministries. This time became a driving force in helping me realize my desire to work with other organizations whose goal was to impact the communities and the world around them.

Advice for prospective candidates
Be yourself! Many things can be taught, but the really important qualities I look for in candidates are "who are you as a person" and "how do you react in situations." I am more invested in who a person is, their willingness to learn and grow, take responsibility for the errors we all make, and eagerness to be a team player.
