What I do at Trilon Group

President of the Water Platform

Why Trilon Group

We are positioned for growth and extraordinary opportunities to contribute to society and our world as we tackle the challenges of Water in our changing world with changes in climate, environmental vulnerability, and economic growth.  Our firm offers the opportunity to help solve these critical issues in our future.

Who am I?

After graduating from Mississippi State University, started career with a shallow oil & gas and water supply/treatment contractor.  Then joined Malcolm Pirnie a national water engineering and consulting as project manager and then managed an office, led a region, business unit, and the international market development for water as we merged with Arcadis.  I then assisted a minority owned consulting firm as President and joined Waggoner Engineering in 2021 as the Vice President of Power, Utilities, & Industry before becoming the President of the Trilon Water Platform after the partnership with Trilon.

Advice for prospective candidates

Be certain you understand consulting - there are many opportunities to work in engineering, science, business, management, and leadership positions in different types of companies, but engineering consulting is different than most.  If the candidate has not worked in consulting, be certain to explore what working in consulting is like and the expectations for serving clients and internal teams.  Our business is all about serving and transforming our communities.
