Sigma has been serving governmental, industrial and private clients along the Gulf Coast since 1987, providing innovative ideas and sound solutions to engineering challenges that improve our communities and enhance the quality of life for our neighbors.
Our mission is to consistently provide the highest quality of service, on time and in budget, while maintaining honest communications and genuine friendship with our clients. Our strategy to successfully implement this mission is to manage the firm in a way that aligns the goals of the employees with the goals of the company, and the goals of the company with the goals of the client.

Close-Knit & Family-Oriented Environment
Sigma has made it a priority to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace. Since its founding in 1987, Sigma has developed programs created from an employee’s perspective. The resulting policies, which are geared to maximize employee benefits and opportunities, make Sigma what it is today.
